Terms

Pre-launch draft. Nothing is on sale yet. These terms describe the intended subscription and will be finalized before sales open.

The service

DeepDiag is a desktop application that reads diagnostic data from a car through an OBD-II adapter and gives an AI-assisted explanation of it. It is a diagnostic aid, not a professional inspection, a safety check or a guarantee.

The AI can be wrong. Confirm the cause before buying parts. For anything involving the brakes or steering, airbag or other occupant-safety warnings, a fuel leak or a smell of fuel, a hybrid or electric vehicle's high-voltage system, engine overheating, low oil pressure or a flashing check engine light, stop and see a professional. Read the full safety list.

Subscription

When subscriptions open, DeepDiag Premium will be $10 a month, cancel anytime. It includes 100 AI requests a month and all of the app's features. AI requests include analyses, follow-up questions and drive plans, and the allowance resets monthly.

One subscription covers one account, not one vehicle. You can use it with any compatible car you connect. The app's features require an active subscription; AI analysis also requires an internet connection.

Billing and cancellation

Payment will be handled by a payment processor. DeepDiag will not receive or store your card details. The cancellation route will be published before subscriptions open; until then, nothing is on sale and no payment is taken.

AI output

AI output is generated from the data you choose to send and from the model's own reasoning. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it can change when the data changes. It is not a substitute for a service manual, a trained technician, or your own inspection of the vehicle.

AI analysis is processed by third-party providers described on the Privacy page. Their availability and behavior are outside DeepWrench's control.

Driving and drive plans

DeepDiag may suggest general driving conditions that help it record data. They are suggestions, not instructions. You alone decide whether, when, where and how to drive, and you are responsible for obeying traffic laws and driving safely. Never look at or operate the app while the vehicle is moving. Do not drive a vehicle you believe is unsafe.

Your responsibilities

  • Use DeepDiag only on vehicles you are entitled to work on.
  • Work safely. Do not drive a vehicle you believe is unsafe.
  • Keep your own copies of recordings and reports you want to retain.
  • Do not use the service to break the law or to interfere with a vehicle you do not own or have permission to diagnose.

Availability and changes

DeepDiag is pre-launch. Features, compatibility and the AI allowance may change before release. These terms will be updated before subscriptions open, and the version in force at that time will apply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DeepWrench is not liable for damage, loss or expense arising from reliance on an AI-assisted diagnosis, from a repair you choose to make, or from a vehicle being unavailable or unsafe to drive. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
