DeepWrench

Tools for the home mechanic.

DeepWrench makes tools for people who work on their own cars. DeepDiag is its first product: a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux that reads the data your car reports and explains it in plain language.

Why we built DeepDiag

Home mechanics are often told to replace a part before anyone has confirmed it is the cause.

DeepDiag makes the data the car already reports easier to read. It shows what the scan found, what the AI suspects, how sure it is, and what to check before buying a part. It also says when to stop and see a professional. Read the safety limits.

How it works

  • Plug in an adapter: an ELM327-compatible OBD-II adapter (USB, or Bluetooth Classic that pairs as a serial port).
  • Scan the car: trouble codes, freeze frames, live data, emissions readiness and recalls.
  • Ask the AI: get a plain-language diagnosis, a confidence level, and checks to confirm the cause.
